Hey Alicia, I'm 5 months pregnant with my 1st baby and I gotta say I admire your patience and calming voice that you use with your little kids at the store! I hope I can manage the same way with my kid, cause I know it can be frustrating bringing kids to the store this big. I love the way they listen to you and that you allow them to make decisions but I guess that's also help them engage in shopping and reduce any fuss. You're a great mum! I am so glad you shared about handicap parking for your son. A lot of people don’t understand that if you cant visually see a reason you have to be misusing it. I have had a mental illness diagnosed when I was in my teens and am on disability you can’t tell by looking at me but it is real and true and a life long struggle.
@@amyrivers4093 I'm so sorry that happened to you. I doubt this lady needed it otherwise she would have understood not all disabilities are visible if she as well "looked fine". Some people just want to complain and need a reason to yell at people. I'm from Finland and those things have happened here too. I have a disability that people can't see. I don't have a handicap card though. Only for a taxi. But some people can be so rude. People should really think that you never know what someone is going through or had to do to get out of bed that day. Even if this lady thought you weren't ill she didn't have to say it. She's only embarrassing herself and obviously got issues if she didn't even bother to check that you have the right to park there before yelling. Don't let them ruin your day. ❣️ There's obviously no logical thinking there.

to each their own but I try not to take my kids shopping before Christmas when they are going to be spoiled at Christmas. I wanna try to have them understand the value that money doesn't grow on trees whether I can afford it or not I want them to realize that when they grow up they can't always get what they want. I understand that's her decision to do that for her family and that's what makes the world go round I guess
All my child's dr did was write a letter and i just took it to the dmv. Its a life saver when my child is having a rough day or when we go to the sensory filled place.

I just had to comment again and share with you our Walmart and their shopping policies. It just shows you the different regions of the country. Walmart here has employees watching you check out and catch you at the door as you leave checking your receipts. Management here would have a heart attack you leave the store without your purchases in a bag. Go figure. 😳 Have a great weekend.
Same where I’m from! I was thinking where are the bags because we couldn’t leave the store with a basket full of items not in a bag.

They are already bullied. Because their mother posts EVERY SINGLE DETAIL ABOUT THEM.
Whelp, as you can see they are used to the bullying vibes internet adults send their way. But his big brothers favorite color is also pink, so I’m sure Alex and the rest of them have had discussions about how some people are still ignorant enough to teach their kids that colors or toys have genders. Whenever my son wants to do something outside the box, we have additional conversations about self confidence and how sad it is that some people make others feel bad for silly things.

I know what it's like to have a child with autism. You do what you need and feel is best for your child. My son doesn't like loud noises. I kept him home a lot from field trips.

We have a wheelchair that goes on field trips. If my child has a rough time its a safe space. It has helped my child.

Awww I know what you are saying with bodhi I have a son a lot older who is autistic plus particularly sighted plus cyrable palsy and as fits plus has learning difficulties plus hallucinating it’s good some days but also bad I care for my son James 24/7

I gave up on the Walmart boots since we wear them for 5 months. I buy bogs and they last through more than one kid, even with kids who are hard on things. A few knock offs are good food
