I really like it, there were two amazing feelings in Payday 2 (for me) the sense of accomplishment while pulling off a heist with your friends, following instructions, etc; and the feeling of imminent danger when you're stemming the flood of cops into your position. These days you rarely get a fantastic coop game like e.g. l4d2. If the gameplay is as smooth and fun as L4D2, if the hordes are as cool (or hopefully better) and not staying together or at least in LOS will get you killed (e.g. smoker attackign you while you are too far from team, defending against a horde and then getting attacked by smoker or charger etc) then it could be a lot of fun. Still play l4d2

about release date, is estimated to be this year but not a certain date. about lore: -seems that those guys are forced to work for a faction or guy, called "The Warden", they have to scavenge valuable stuff for it, and they can find some interesting artifacts or another things for selling in reward. - the enemies, for now are called "Sleepers", and can be in different sizes. some are human size, while anothers are 3 meters height per example. its speculated that: they were humans, the reason why the scavengers use masks, its to protect their faces, to avoid being hugged by that big tentacle showed at the final part of the trailer (this is all speculation) and get infected, this is why all the Sleepers have a disfigured face and drop some yellow goo when killed: possibly the source of their infection. they are heavily attracted to sound, thats why the scavengers go mostly in stealth mode. thats all i can tell you :P
