as much as i love this new channel i found . i épisode love information more useful to me like my rights during a police stop and property rights , probable cause / articulated suspicion. etc etc . Very hard to find such things on canadian rights online

Happy you covered this topic Mike, i think i asked about this a few weeks ago. I do have a question. The handful of times i have been in a court room, I have been asked/requested to or forced to remove my hat. Why is this Mike? Does the judge have a bald head fetish? How come some religious folks get to wear their head gear, but me I have to take mine off? I very very rarely take my hat off in a public area. In fact it offends me that a government employee has the power to force a head dress code for some and not others. Why are we not all = in the public court system?
What should i say next time i am in court and asked to remove my hat? Can i ask the judge to remove his/her wig or toupee?
