Cervantes is the best place to learn,if you are learning Spanish then the mode of communication will be Spanish only.

Cervantes does have a online program but time adjustments nahi ho raha
I would suggest you to find an online Spanish tutor that can adjust classes according to your schedule, it can be a little expensive but that's the only way I can think right now.
