    One thing I really enjoy about your videos is all the color blending ideas I get from them! I thought you were going to leave the skulls as is, but then the Jack Bone and Strong Tone mix really made them pop out. Nicely done!

    You definitely weren't kidding about liking the second skull method vs the first. Those skulls on your base look amazing.

      Well yeah! Haha Don't get me wrong - the first way worked decent, but the second way is definitely my favorite :D

    It looks gorgeous! Hopefully your video will help me to paint mine only half as good ... And as many other mentioned, the base is absolutely great. Looking forward to more RS videos!

    I've never seen blending methods used during a wash before. That makes a lot of sense, though. I'm a big fan of your videos, although I hope to see your color pallette expand in the future. I am eagerly awaiting your upcoming tutorials.

      Thanks man! What colors would you like to see more of? I'm definitely trying to expand my pallette and try different paints, colors and techniques. Excited to get more Rising Sun done particularly for that reason - lots of different colors to play with!

      It's not that I want to see anything in particular, really; it's more that when I review your painted models in your video history most of them seem to share hues. I could be wrong, but I guess it feels at a glance like you'd constrained yourself to a fairly small selection of favorites, or something. That said, your technique is gorgeous and I *love* how vibrant and dynamic your models are. (I could not believe the yellow on your Oni of Hate!) The very positive thing about it, one way or the other, is that I already feel like I could see a painted figure you haven't done a video for and think, "Banda Inku painted that." You definitely paint in a distinctive way, with a unique style--and that is awesome.
      Anyway, your painting is great, your videos are clean and well produced, and you're easy to listen to for extended periods. You're doing God's own work, Sir. I hope I can paint half as well as you do someday. I'm sitting here, surrounded by over 220 bottles of Warcolours, Scale 75, Vallejo, Reaper, and Citadel paints but can't do much of anything with any of them. :(

      @BandaInku  6 лет назад

      Ah yeah that makes sense. That's probably due to the majority of the models covered so far being from Blood Rage and having similar or overlapping colors (skintones, darker fur, etc) and yeah - I probably have developed some favorites haha.
      BUT with Rising Sun I am hoping to really expand the horizons and experiment a lot more with new colors and ways of doing things cuz there's just so much more variety in the models! (Blood Rage is very earth-toney comparatively) The next few models covered will definitely have some more variety to them and I'd absolutely love to hear your thoughts on those when they come out :)
      Appreciate you spending the time to leave comment and for the compliments. The best part about doing all this is interacting with all of you awesome viewers so - seriously - thanks for taking the time :D. I'm glad to hear you are enjoying my work :D. I've quite enjoyed developing my skills as a painter and sharing that with all of you, and it's so ridiculously cool to hear that my 'unique style' is coming through!

      This will be the first for me, however I watched every single painting video there is about CMON games :))) Even though I know everything theoretically, I'll probably start with something easier first, to get the hang of it.

    Hey buddy,so my husband's friend just bought a new game & wants me to paint these too(lords of hellas)do you have any tips for these?or have you heard of them?

    • @BandaInku
      @BandaInku  6 лет назад

      Hey there :) Ooh nice! I looked at Lord of Hellas. I don't have that one yet but would like to pick it up later. Has lots of cool minis that's for sure. A lot of them look like they'd take really well to washes and drybrushing or washes and some nice edge highlights to pop things out. How long you been painting? What else have you painted?

    • @mstami321
      @mstami321 6 лет назад
