It is no surprise that self sufficiency is an ultimate goal of most persons, and for truckers continuing their work in 2024, this goal is still entirely plausible. Opening your own authority is among the many ways to go about this. Join Ronen as he dives into how to go about opening and running your own authority, how hard it it is to self-dispatch, and whether or not it is still profitable!

I got my authority and I work local. I payed off my tractor and trailer by saving for 10 years. My overhead is low and profits are great. I started 1 month ago and I love this, best decision of my life.
😅😅😅😅 check back in on here 6 months from now brother
@@kajg4236 I will, to offer you a job.
@@kajg4236😂😂😂😂😂.
Right on!👍
Do you do multiple daily runs? Ltl freight? I’m curious looking to get in the business
Profits are great?😂😂😂😂😂
That is the best joke of 2024 by far
Brother, im truly grateful for what you do for us. I have been following your channel for the past 2 years. And all i can say is that your content really change lifes out here on the road. Im finally looking to be an Owner Operator this year thanks to most of your videos. Hands down, i dont know how can you run you company and do this at the same time. But that just show how genuine you are that still make time for us out here to get educated... Thank you for what you do 🙏
Thanks for the info. Definitrly looking into making the next step.
Fantastic!
Was car hauling mostly NY to OH n back. Not a lot came back but, I had a dispatch service. Cost was 7% to complete full trailer usually 1 per location in different towns or cities. Regular customers sent some over, dispatch helped contact n relay paperwork while I rolled. It helped cut contact & wait time for responses. Was OK til fuel spiked and equipment was breaking down. Just got another Volvo but, it'll be a bit to restart all the hoops. $$'s every step of the way.
Man, that's real
Best business tips are investing in yourself
and in your business. Time is your biggest
asset. If you save time by reading and
getting information like in a course, you can
potentially advance quicker than not. We
can never know everything, so trust me, pay
some that has info. l've scaled allot quicker
after buying info and paying people to give
me info. The best ones are people you
leverage that become mentors and don't
charge you. But for the most part, you
save the trial and error phase😊
You are spot on!
Great info, waiting for the course 😊
Coming soon!
Great video .👍🏼
Thanks for watching!
I open 2 trucking company on PC American and Euro trucking simulators video games.

The month of March. Leased to a food grade tanker carrier. 10804 hub miles $24411 net after ALL expenses minus my payroll and truck payment. I pay myself $1250 per week. That net is after all fuel and insurance.
Ahhh, about 60 a year if you maintain that aye?
@@NorthAmerican-Trucking-News when the government gets their share, ill be negative.🤣

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Now, THAT’S a good one.
You sure do have a strange sense of humor. However, a very aggressive marketing skills. Not me, amigo, not me. I will not need your “dispatching course”.
Can i become as an owner operator as new cdl holder! I already have a semi truck!
Yes, absolutely

Here's your medal 🥇
I did it all without help from anybody. Not to mention “10 Hours Course”. 😂😂😂😂
But , hey, I bet there will be some idiots out there buying “your course”. Perhaps , cause of this crappy trucking business you found enough time to create videos and pocket some money. Don’t blame you for that. Drain the idiot’s pockets.😂😂😂

@@LEIFleetMaintenanceService . Dude, trucking is simple. It doesn’t take a genius , nor does it take a “course” to figure it out.
Save money, buy a RELIABLE truck , with a dependable, long lasting engine , get a trailer, get your OWN authority, have some money saved , then go to work.
Now , my case ; 1999 Freightliner FLD with 12.7 Detroit 60, 2011 Vanguard, all bought CASH, three years later still running without any issues. I chose my loads , routes and weight. I do NOT want to have a fleet.
I like to just live a comfy life considering that I am DEBT FREE while living in my OWN home on my OWN land. BUT (there is always a but), ….I saved few years and worked hard to get here.
To the ones out there who are not patient enough, I have the following words to say; - No matter what “COURSE” you take , how many banks you switch, how many lines of credit you open, at one point, you will have to work hard to pay for it. I chose to work hard before I bought everything.
It is ALL MINE. Banks are bad if you are not smart. Courses are for the ones without much common sense.
And honestly, if one doesn’t have much common sense, better stay put and keep on working for someone else who has it.😂
Congratulations on doing it all yourself! That's not an easy journey. It's likely there were lots of different things going on at once and there was a high learning curve. You're correct in that you can do it yourself and there are some people out there putting on courses that may not have value &/or don't teach a lot in the course &/or charge big money $$$ for courses.
I have been a company driver since the end of September 2020, was able to work my way up to hauling heavy steel loads into the U.S. and back into Canada. I work for a company that pays well and treats me well. I feel lucky because there are lots of companies out there that are schisters.
I personally have always taken courses. I have 2 University degrees and am a master plumber. None of this has been achieved by doing it on my own. I have been a lifelong learner taking courses ever since grade school, &, even presently I am taking specialized courses for plumbing & construction site safety through my union hall on Saturdays & Sundays when I'm not on the road. I do this not because I don't get along with my wife and want to be out of the house, LOL, but because it helps keep my brain sharp & I learn things I can apply to everyday life, be it trucking or plumbing or driving my personal vehicle, etc.
I discovered Ronen about a year ago and I've been following him and his E.T. Trucking RUclips channel ever since. I find him to be honest, a good communicator & I believe him to most likely be a good person.
Now, he wants to put on a course. Well, that takes time to coordinate, organize & put together & then you have to have the hardware and software to put an online course together & be able to communicate with students. The fact that this course will cost money, money that is a tax write off for students & will reimburse Ronen for his time, effort, knowledge & the experience of 19 years in the trucking industry that he is passing on to others, well, you know what? That is a-ok with me. This is absolutely acceptable, understandable & remuneration is deserved. I expect many people will learn from the course, will be able to use the information to avoid pitfalls, avoiding headaches & possibly costly $$$ mistakes & become successful sooner.
Again, congratulations to you for being able to do it on your own.
@@robkisielewski4139 I appreciate your comment. I still stand by my statement. Getting into trucking is just like any other basic business. Invest-Profit- Expenses. Keep a balance. Know the cost of all the above
And…. just like everywhere and everything in life, be cautious of where and when you spend the money you make. No brainer.
If you don't see the value of investing in your knowledge then that's you decision.
