I'm smitten with the veg tans - I have now the apricot and forest and chestnut, espresso and crimson are due to arrive this month. Like you the apricot, chestnut and espresso are my favorites.

Oh muh gerd! First off, “smellovision” big time! Holy cow, literally. I don’t think I have a favorite. Chestnut and Caramel do stick out for me. And the variations inside each one, are incredible. You definitely could use one for each season, or, you can switch out anytime 😂 Thanks for sharing these beauties. Awesome video to wake up to. ❤

I ordered all the colours and love every single one. 😊
I had that weird film on my chestnut and red colour, I wiped it down with warm water, and it came right off!🤗
I'll be receiving my other colours from the "new" firm pebble range on friday.😍 I'm SO EXCITED! I can't wait for plum to be released soon!🤗
I know MOTERM have got more colours coming...they're releasing them gradually! I REALLY think they're a huge competitor to Gillio now with these new collections and colours they're releasing.

The white film is just the natural oil, fat, and wax mixture that is used to treat and condition the leather after tanning. (The exact combination varies from tannery to tannery.) I believe the process is called "stuffing." The white film is normal on new leather, nothing to worry about. It will probably develop again for a little while, but it'll diminish with handling and use.
That is a lovely collection of colors.

Thank you for this comparison! I bought the midnight a5 and b6. I love them. I don’t NEED a forest, but I reallllllly want it in a5. I wish there were more videos on it. Your deeper browns are gorgeous too! Wow! Moterm did a wonderful job.

I’ve got 3 Moterm weeks covers in veg tan, Teal, Apricot and Chestnut. I’ve a Caramel zipped on preorder. I also just got my first Hobonichi Cousin so I’m thinking I’ll get an Apricot A5. It’s a colour I’d largely ignored, but I’m now obsessed with my weeks cover in it. The teal is also lovely.

I love black, most times it's my default and preferred leather choice. I ended up keeping the black, apricot, chestnut and espresso hahaha I really love them all!

Thanks for this comparison! Great to see them all together. I would keep them all. 😂 However, at this moment the Espresso is not in stock, but that would be my preference. In stead I ordered the Chestnut. Which ones did you and your wife keep?
Thanks so much for watching! We definitely were tempted to keep them all and essentially did! We kept Apricot, Honey, Black, Chestnut and Espresso lol - the only one we let go of was Caramel lol

I think they've been re-stocked 2x since their release this summer. I would definitely follow them on Facebook or IG as they always announce the next re-stock date :)
