21XX scrolling technology this sounds pretty rad, you usually have pretty good 8bit stuff. sadly it's been a long time since i've played x4 and i barely remember this song.
At last someone with good arrangement skills! I was annoyed at the other "remixes" or "rearrangements" that just use the midis on VGMusic and replace the instruments with 8 bit ones.
