NC Courage letting Narumi go, will prove to be one the defining error of judgement across NWSL in 2025. Unless they also decide to let Kerolin go a team who values talent & is committed to offer fair market value for stand out players. Both were free agents at the end of the 2024 season, NC Courage was in prime position to secure both. Kerolin is still available. Well done Spirit !
Lynn is turning 32 and played less than 1000 minutes last year for Gotham & thats before she begins playing half her games on the turf of lumen field now... soccer wise, Gotham's midfield immediately improves with Howell & they gained an international roster spot from Seattle plus cash all for Lynn and a GK they were not counting on? Yael doing work & now has the space to add a big name from outside the league pool to that front line going into next year. best defense in the league last year is untouched. look past the uswnt ties and the Gotham roster is in a better place today than it was two days ago.
