I am now consistently running outside, feels amazing, love the human form exercise of running. I stopped to rest in the sun and played on a swing set. I bathed in sunlight on my roof. I went out and made new friends. Was recognized as disciplined confidant and charismatic. So happy about it. So great full. Pushing my self to the edge. And it came from me listening to inner wisdom. I've had such pivotal mindset changes over the last week. I used to be a workaholic just going non-stop for 18 hours a day, barely sleep. But I realize now that everything that happens during the day is a result of your Soul's Alignment with the Timeline. So if I don't get 6 hours sleep, I will experience disasters and misfortune all day long. By simply sleeping 6 hours, I set my day up for success and everything I want, manifests into my reality. The work is just to relax and have fun, which is so bizarre, but I know it's true. Low Timeline = Hard Work = Challenges High Timeline = Fun Work = Success

Freya my God now i understand this crazy craving for red meat, on Monday I was on my way to work and the taxi driver was telling about this bbq he is planing to have at home with his daughter and literally I was smelling that meat and started craving for that I was shocked as I am a vegetarian so I suppressed this crazy need but two days later I got invited for dinner and guess what yes that piece of meat was telling me go ahead have me, and that moment was big for me because it made me realise that I should trust on the message behind that craving it was about trust and in a way letting myself go, and now your message comes through and it totally makes sense as grounding is definitely needed to be in balance Thank you for sharing your personal experience 🙏

I am in Michigan too! Ann Arbor I became vegetarian at nine years old I started to eat fish in my 30s.. I Microdose meat it’s not something that I am into or even the texture it’s just my body. It’s been asking for it. I have never gotten sick eating meat and I like to do bone broth with oxtail. The best I did was slow roast in the oven with tomato paste over the oxtail and bones and then slow cooked it.

I am now consistently running outside, feels amazing, love the human form exercise of running. I stopped to rest in the sun and played on a swing set. I bathed in sunlight on my roof. I went out and made new friends. Was recognized as disciplined confidant and charismatic. So happy about it. So great full. Pushing my self to the edge. And it came from me listening to inner wisdom. Straight up soul mind body complex knows what it needs. And courageously and decearningly speaking what I am curious about. Mucho grande love

I've had such pivotal mindset changes over the last week.
I used to be a workaholic just going non-stop for 18 hours a day, barely sleep.
But I realize now that everything that happens during the day is a result of your Soul's Alignment with the Timeline.
So if I don't get 6 hours sleep, I will experience disasters and misfortune all day long.
By simply sleeping 6 hours, I set my day up for success and everything I want, manifests into my reality.
The work is just to relax and have fun, which is so bizarre, but I know it's true.

Freya my God now i understand this crazy craving for red meat, on Monday I was on my way to work and the taxi driver was telling about this bbq he is planing to have at home with his daughter and literally I was smelling that meat and started craving for that I was shocked as I am a vegetarian so I suppressed this crazy need but two days later I got invited for dinner and guess what yes that piece of meat was telling me go ahead have me, and that moment was big for me because it made me realise that I should trust on the message behind that craving it was about trust and in a way letting myself go, and now your message comes through and it totally makes sense as grounding is definitely needed to be in balance

I Microdose meat it’s not something that I am into or even the texture it’s just my body. It’s been asking for it.
I have never gotten sick eating meat and I like to do bone broth with oxtail. The best I did was slow roast in the oven with tomato paste over the oxtail and bones and then slow cooked it.
