- This delicious and healthy dessert is the perfect addition to your kid's lunch box or an after-dinner treat. Made with only fruits and yogurt, this yogurt fruit cake is easy to make and tastes amazing.
To make this yogurt fruit cake, you will need a mold size of 15*18 cm, fruits as per your choice, 100gm sugar, 7gm agar agar, 50ml water, 150ml milk, and 350gm whisky yogurt. Here are the steps to make this delicious dessert:
Start by washing and cutting the fruits of your choice into small pieces. Set them aside.
In a pot, add 100gm sugar, 7gm agar agar, and 50ml water. Mix well and let it cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add 150ml milk to the pot and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Once the milk mixture is cooked, turn off the flame and add 350gm whisky yogurt to the pot. Mix well.
Now, add the cut fruits to the pot and mix everything together.
Take a mold of size 15*18 cm and pour the mixture into it.
Refrigerate the mold for 3-4 hours until the yogurt fruit cake is set.
Once the yogurt fruit cake is set, remove it from the mold and slice it into pieces. You can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Cook on medium heat
At low heat add 350gm whisky yogurt
Cook 2 min
Turn off the flame & add fruit

What is powdered 'whisky' yogurt? Never heard of it in USA.
