I invented the energy switch Thorton iron hands roaring moon ex deck and the energy switch greninja roaring moon Ex deck and played them back to brisbane regionals Australia last October/nobember. Since the rotation of moltres v I was only playing ancient box and This has got me thinking. Perhaps post shrouded fable when the dark decks recieve consistency boosts with the new pokemon, we can bring back energy switch greninja roaring moon ex deck or even the iron hands!!!!

Oh that's super sick! Ya energy switch is low key a broken card like I think it's really undervalue right now and can go into so many decks! I also think there is a lot of power to be gained in the new set! So many great cards on the way!

To answer what you were wondering about Tera types, in the games most Pokemon have one of their regular types as their Tera type, rather than a different type. So if you catch a bunch of random Dreepy in the wild, their Tera type could be Dragon or Ghost. When a Pokemon Terastallizes, it becomes a mono-type of whatever its Tera type is. So your Tera-Dragon Dragapult loses Ghost, and is just Dragon. The ones with a Tera type that doesn't match their original typing spawn during raids, or in the wild they walk around glowing with light shooting out of them all Super Saiyan-like.
Trainer-owned Pokemon can have their Tera type changed, it involves grinding for Tera shards then some chef NPC makes them into edibles and presto, new Tera type.
TPC basically gave itself cart blanc to print Ex Pokemon cards in literally any type thanks to the Tera gimmick. 🤷 Though they kinda already did that in TGC a long time ago with delta species cards, with no connection to the video games.

Makes sense, and I get how it works in the video game I just find it weird that it's still a dragon type since every other Tera card they printed so far is a completely different type ( I think) but this one haha like I feel like it's just a weird choice but then again the new laprus coming out in the next set is still water type. But ya just feels like a weird design choice for the card game

3 games is a great way to show how to navigate any given deck. I like the long videos but either way, 3 games seems correct

ya iron hands is one of the worst also your dragapult ex match up can be a little iffy

The Stage 2 decks are usually harsh. Future hands is really annoying, but Mill is pretty much a free match if u open Roaring Moon. Just build 2 moons, draw for turn and attack. No need to use any other things
