Episode 5: Perfect Storm - Mental Meltdown
This episode Amani discusses her mental health prior to her brain tumour diagnosis and the subsequent mental meltdown that she suffered when life's blows became too much to bear. She delves into her utter lows and how she had to dig deep in order to climb back out. As with everyone's mental health, Amanis journey is not complete but she talks candidly about the importance of being kind to yourself and seeking help when needed.
