These Lows are a remake of the 2000 Space Jams the first to release to the public. That’s why they say Jumpman Jam on the tongue. The 2009 pair were also Royal Blue; no Jumpman Jam though. 2016 is a copy of what he wore during the 1995 playoffs after they said no white concords. “45 is a bad luck number, dog.”
These Jordan 11 Space Jams low are fire to me. I will be copping these.

The 2016 pair aren’t the OGs really tho🤦♂️ A true OG space jam is a high cut but similar to these lows with same color blue and the “jumpman jam” on the tongue. *Adding that the last time we saw a true space jam release mirroring the original was 24 years ago in 2000. Royal blue accents/ 23 on back/ “Jumpman Jam” on tongue. So folks comparing the lows against the 2016 as “OG” are off base with that thinking.

The space jam high was what he wore when they fined him for wearing the Concorde during the playoffs against the Magic. The crazy thing is he wore a low jordan space jam during 4th championship run. He also had them on during the Bulls championship celebration in Grant Park. These a must cop for me.

The low is the og space jam colorway never released until 2000 when it was 1st released in a high with jumpman jam on the tongue. The black concord with the 45 was actually a PE for Mj bc in the 95 playoffs, he broke out the white concords with 45 in the 2nd round vs orlando on the heel bc he was wearing 45 on his jersey. However, he was fined for wearing a white shoe bc the bulls wore black sneakers in the playoffs. Although he did switch back to number 23 in game two, nike had already made a black concord pair for him to wear, but it had 45 on it as well. 95-96 season Mj would keep wearing 23 and therefore when the 11s released that year in November 23 was on the heel.

i like the low cut patent better on the 11's i have yet to keep a pair since they started that and idk what it came from but all my og colorways i owned in 96 had low cut patent that high cut makes the shoe stiff and fit tight !

When Powder Blue 1 lows sat in 2022, I knew then that lows were done, and none have really sold since then, that shoe will be widely available, I'm passing on the Space Jam lows, not the same shoe, thanks for showing us that Rich

From what I understand the lows are supposed to be like the original space jam retro version but as a low. The pair that dropped and 2001 looked like that
2000 & 2009 are the OG correct way of the Space Jams
Man, even the 2016 lows had the fat swoosh and 8 eyelets. Now we have 3 different versions of lows, and none of them are even true to OG. Although, I'm seeing 85 OGs with both fat and narrow swooshes somehow.
Yea my dad got some og lows from the 80s and the swoosh is big but it’s not as big as my 2016 pairs. Those 85 lows they did this year are close tho

So the OG 2000 pair had the varsity royal colors and jumpman jam. So the new ones are the same to the OG just in low. The spacejam with 45 was just a gimmick based on the movie
I love these and most 11 lows. But dang, last year, I think, I got the low 72-10s. These are similar, with subtle differences. I can’t justify getting these.

I'd love to act like I didn't also kinda think the Space Jams were purple at some point. I absolutely thought that. So I had to go back and peep game and feel silly now. None the less, I copped my pair on SNKRS yesterday morning. And I'm glad I got em retail. They're not technically sold out but all you can get on SNKRS is size 18. I really thought these were gonna be slept on. It appears that I was wrong.
