Yeah, the Netflix adaptation is more like a miniseries than a full season. And Uzumaki is a short manga at 20 chapters (19 for the main story and 1 more “bonus” chapter), and the plot deals mainly with the strange goings-on around the town involving spirals before the big finale towards the end.
