I’m so amazed that in my handmade shop I have gotten 5 orders in a MONTH as I’ve been working late in the only time I have for my business. If I got enough clients I would be able to send out an email so just praying and hoping. I don’t have enough items or so on my new POD shop to really get much on orders I’m guessing. A pastor friend at least gave me my first order within this past week! 🙏🙏🙏👏✝️
That's great that you were able to convert on an email. I would imagine that's working great for established shops. Off to find what works for new stores these days because nothing else is for me lol

Etsy policy (effective Dec 1, 2022) states "You may not use this information for unsolicited commercial messages or unauthorized transactions. Without the buyer’s consent, and subject to other applicable Etsy policies and laws, you may not add any Etsy member to your email or physical mailing list, use that buyer’s identity for marketing, or obtain or retain any payment information"
I think that means that it actually is against etsy policy. If the way you did it does in some way make it a loop hole or something please be aware that it is illegal in the EU, and does violate EU policy, so make sure the emails don't go to the EU. 🙂
Actually we are following Etsy’s guidelines to a T! When you integrate through Etsy with aweber they make the customer opt-in and say it’s ok to email.
@@brandcreators IF the potential customer is bright enough to figure out where the confirmation email went...and that they don't use initials (AWeber throws them out immediately).

May I know how to avoid my email to land in customer's promotion tab on their gmail?
There's no guaranteed way, but we have found that if you include no images and only 1 or 2 links you stand a better chance. Also we never use an email template as that will be loaded with graphics and HTML. That is usually detected by GMAIL as promos. If you were sending an email to a friend, would you include all the links and images? That's how I send emails. Hope this helps

How are people selling larger wall prints on Etsy? So far, the two print-on-demand companies I've come across do not offer anything over 28×40

Loads of Etsy videos I’ve watched but hardly any give advice on high ticket items. It’s all about drop shipping , mug printing and t shirts. Be nice to have a creator do a vid on what they would do if they sold high ticket products.

Usually 15 to 30 days. We offer a bundle of our products. Yes we give anyone who doesn’t win a discount for entering
@@brandcreators response appreciated 🙏 would make for a fun video going over key elements of a giveaway even if it’s a high level view without exposing your products, because someone else’s baseline can help other grasp better all the variables, even when each case could be different.
Some questions I can follow up with:
Are you bundling more of the same or different types with the same design?
What are some good KPIs to validate the prize vs results? Obviously sales is one but just in case there’s anything that would take you back to the drawing board.
How much budget on ads and what’s been a good cost per lead? Are you monitoring other metrics to catch more of the big picture of running ads? Say maybe with the boost on visits Etsy algo promotes you more too.
Add anything else missing because we don’t know what we don’t know :)

@@LennyYT yes when you create the coupon it will give you a link to share. That automatically applies the discount code

Of course not. Etsy ENCOURAGES sellers to build their email lists and drive email and social media traffic to the platform :)
