“Keep On Dancing” is the song that made me return to ballet when I was 9 after I quit for a few months. The line “dance is who I am” just struck me hard. I danced for 4 more years and had the chance to play the first reindeer in the Royal Winnipeg Ballet Nutcracker. A very small role, but a cool experience. Thanks Barbie!

Keep on dancing will probably forever remain my favorite Barbie song ever. The whole 2000s-2010s sound and feeling, the way it totally relaxes you but also makes you feel things, beautiful emotions flowing all over my room while I watched this. I’m so glad I got to remember it again and this time I’m definitely adding it to my playlist. The Barbie soundtracks are a genre of its own - whether it's the classic movies or the modern ones. "Keep on Dancing" is definitely one of the best theme songs they ever created for the modern Barbie movies for sure - the instrumental for it is just pure eargasm I'm actually obsessed with the electric guitar solo on each interlude! Rachel Bearer sang most of the theme songs for Barbie since 2010, starting from "Get Your Sparkle On" from "A Fashion Fairytale" and her last being "Soaring" on "Princess Power". She sang "On Top of the World" which is your other favorite lol 😂. My favorite songs that she sang for the movies are also "Only a Breath Away" on "Mariposa 2" and "Light Up the World" on "The Pearl Princess." You gotta listen to those too!

The character from the first song - I want It all, is a Princess, who's left in charge of the kingdom full of magic, but doesn't have magic herself. There is a rule, that every princess from that world has to have magic inside her body, an infinite supply she can channel through a wand. This princess doesn't have any herself, so using her scepter she steals magic from other creatures, wishing to have all the magic, so nobody else has it exept her. For example, she steals magic from fairy wings and mermaid tails, and the creatures become human with no ability to fly or swim. But if she takes unicorn horns, they just become horses with no magic anymore. So pretty evil little princess.
You should listen to some of the music too! Not just the songs! It might be mostly my nostalgia but there's many amazing and moving barbie themes! Barbie as Rapunzel's theme always brings me to tears!

Explaination for song number one(im a huge fan of the movie,sooo..): So basically,Malusha(the purple haired girl) is the villain,she is a princess,specifically the first princess that was born without magic. Her parents,the king and the queen decide to go on a trip someday,to leave the munks or whatever(big purple/yellow things) to babysit her,she however uses them to help her get all the magic with her cepter(the blue ball on a golden stick she carries around). She is very much aware of what she is doing and is trying to fight alexa(barbie),who is a princess as well. The big guy with glasses is her main babysitter,but also trys to somehow help barbie Hope that explaination helps lol

Secret Door: Princesses in that world have a ton of magic that is rather multipurpose. Everyone else has magic in one area, as it were, like wings or a tail. Bratty princess is stealing from every citizen she can kidnap and storing the magic in that bulky scepter
The Barbie soundtracks are a genre of its own - whether it's the classic movies or the modern ones. "Keep on Dancing" is definitely one of the best theme songs they ever created for the modern Barbie movies for sure - the instrumental for it is just pure eargasm I'm actually obsessed with the electric guitar solo on each interlude! Rachel Bearer sang most of the theme songs for Barbie since 2010, starting from "Get Your Sparkle On" from "A Fashion Fairytale" and her last being "Soaring" on "Princess Power". She sang "On Top of the World" which is your other favorite lol 😂. My favorite songs that she sang for the movies are also "Only a Breath Away" on "Mariposa 2" and "Light Up the World" on "The Pearl Princess." You gotta listen to those too!

The character from the first song - I want It all, is a Princess, who's left in charge of the kingdom full of magic, but doesn't have magic herself. There is a rule, that every princess from that world has to have magic inside her body, an infinite supply she can channel through a wand. This princess doesn't have any herself, so using her scepter she steals magic from other creatures, wishing to have all the magic, so nobody else has it exept her. For example, she steals magic from fairy wings and mermaid tails, and the creatures become human with no ability to fly or swim. But if she takes unicorn horns, they just become horses with no magic anymore. So pretty evil little princess.

You should react to songs from Elena of Avalor. It's a spin of of Sophia the First but with way more and better songs. Theme Song, You Can't Catch Me, and A New Tale are my favourite and good one for you to start off on. But to be honest all the song from this series are great.

"I want it all" is one of my favorite Barbie movie songs it's from the Barbie and the Secret Door and the girl who sings it is the main villain and she's just really funny! Yes the little blue fairy loses her wings and get's her magic taken away.

Explaination for song number one(im a huge fan of the movie,sooo..):
So basically,Malusha(the purple haired girl) is the villain,she is a princess,specifically the first princess that was born without magic. Her parents,the king and the queen decide to go on a trip someday,to leave the munks or whatever(big purple/yellow things) to babysit her,she however uses them to help her get all the magic with her cepter(the blue ball on a golden stick she carries around). She is very much aware of what she is doing and is trying to fight alexa(barbie),who is a princess as well. The big guy with glasses is her main babysitter,but also trys to somehow help barbie
