Oh you guys definitely had me at TACOS! And sorry Brett, but I couldn't pass on that grilled cheese on a taco. I actually had some this last Friday and they were amazing so I would go with Adams! Now, on another note. Brett, I'm thinking that if you rolled yours up like a burrito and smothered it with that cheese sauce, that would be amazing! I prefer corn over flour, but both looked amazing! Trying really hard to root for Brett on this one, but I think the broccoli killed it for me. I love my veggies, I just don't know if it's the right texture for a taco. At any rate, I think this was a great video. Maybe a griddle off should happen once a month or so? Maybe do a tag team where Sherri has to jump in for a few minutes on each side?

We still love our Blackstone, and respect the company and of course our Blackstone peeps, but had an incredible opportunity come up to work with Pit Boss on their new griddles. We had tried to work more formally with Blackstone, but at the time, Blackstone did not work directly with content creators outside of their paid creators in their channel. Hope this makes sense! I mean, I guess it depends on what I was in the mood for here, but I would probably pick Adam's Taco Dip... I go bananas for French Dips. Great ideas to both of you though, wow! Perhaps a couple things I would do to Brett's is add more swiss, but perhaps shredded, and I'd probably coat the chicken in panko and shallow fry so you get a nice crisp. I really want to try both! I think the real winner here is the Sherry for filming the wonderful deliciousness. Griddle On!
Speaking of humidity... one reason I prefer the West Coast is the drier air, I can't tolerate humidity at all. Normally summers here in the Puget Sound Sound of Washington are pretty much better than anywhere in the country, 70', 80's, low humidity, and I can count with one hand the days we have any rain at all, but for some reason this summer it's been off. Not only has it been hotter than normal, we have had actual humidity. Yesterday and the day before it was around 90 degrees, but the humidity was high so it felt like a wet blanket trying to suffocate me. Biggest problem is that only 40% of people here have A/C at home. I am lucky. People die from this crap... I just hope builders start making it a normal practice to install A/C soon. I have projects I would like to do outside, I need my 78 deg, 25% humidity back!!

I figgered the beefy taco with au jus would be preferred. I think chicken is at a disadvantage when it comes against beef because chicken has no natural flavor on its own. if it has a flavor it's because it's blended with something else. It's kind of like an organic animal version of tofu with a skin that has some fat. I love chicken because of all the different things you can do to it every day of the week but it doesn't have its own real flavor. having said that, beef has a distinct flavor (like bacon) and you can only improve beef's flavor by also adding other layers of flavors to it..
I think it comes down to a person's preference or their ability to what they can eat. Some people can't eat beef in that case it would probably go crazy over the chicken cordon bleu tacos. and if someone thinks that chicken is kind of lame it probably go crazy over the beef tacos with au jus.
Excellent observation brother!! We definitely agree with this! Overall the beef was better, but the chicken cordon Bleu was really good too! Next time we should choose the same protein to keep it a bit more fair. Take care!🤙🤙
