I worked for a major German multinational. All the main Board members had chauffeured S Class, my boss drove a top of the range A8. I really don’t recall any senior executives having a 7 series ! The S class interior reviewed here blows the others out of the water.
In England it’s plenty of bulletproof 7 series include government. Prime minister chauffeured in XJ, but everyone knows it’s garbage in terms of reliability. Definitely, just a choice of taste, none of them loses, but I like the interior of bmw(except of the gages), and exterior of an s class.

I have a new BMW 750 fully loaded the one this guys showing doesn't compare to mine. It's def better than any Audi I've owned and the leather and finish is a lot nicer than my friends S class but the Benz sure does look pretty.

I’m usually a BMW fanboy, then Audi and finally Merc. But honestly, that Benz has so much going on inside and out it takes the cake this round. Lovely car.

I've seen all of them in person.
The S_Class looks too pretentious.
The 7 series looks too boisterous.
The A8 looks the classiest.
I prefer the Audi.
I miss the days of cars like the Rolls Royce Silver Spur and the Bentley Arnage, where luxury meant extremely high quality materials hand built, not a bunch of fancy tech.
The *video* of that S-Class felt like i was riding a road bike on the flattest and smoothest road possible
It gave me that solid, yet smooth feeling that's just great.

But lets' be honest, it happens because even 1 or 2 gen old Samsung tech is undoubtedly better in almost every way than whatever super laggy garbage they would be able to produce in-house.

I agree with him on the BMW exterior designing. Put the pen down! Its nothing else to redesign 🤦🏽♂️. Overall, i feel that all 3 makers are trying to design everything aerodynamically and taking away its own unique styling that we all like.

@@cheaterninja Honestly I find the sweet spot is between 12 - 18 months old! My last car was bought brand new by its first owner for $56K on the 31st of December. 14 months later on February 2nd, I picked it up for 30K. 12,000 Kilometers on it (7.5K miles).
My partners Audi A6 was 135K (we live in Australia, everything is stupidly expensive) almost fully optioned. I picked it up 2.5 years later for $50K with 30,000 kilometres on the clock and it had an extended warranty! Which has since ran out! Most recently, and the car I'm still waiting to pick up, an AMG GLA 45 as a replacement for the Audi.
It was slightly over 100K when it sold in new in mid 2019. We just paid $55K with 20,000 Kilometers on the clock.
Our Audi which is now getting on for 9 years got a trade in offer of 10K. I couldn't sell it second hand for 20K! So yes, very true...

@@asum307 Mate things here in Australia are ridiculous! I work for a dealership and the stories I hear from BMW... one guy bought a $111k BMW 5 series as a 6 month old demo for $65k, another guy bought a 740Li as a 8 month old demo for $140 (RRP - $260k). It’s just crazy!!

Quite surprising that they haven’t damped those things in the s class. I still remember when I first sat in VW golf and tried to open the glove box in the front and when it opened slowly with a damper feel I was like wow so luxurious 😂. So i understand how important it is in such cars where these small things matter

Mercedes S-Class has always been a level above the other two when it comes to being overall luxury package. I feel bit sad for Audi as they were trying to up their game recently but Mercedes just stepped up by a leap. And am surprised how BMW is not even trying.

going from a 2014 A6 diesel (in the US) and then getting a 2019 S450, I was surprised how floaty and disconnected the Mercedes felt in comparison. Probably great for the back seat, but not as happy from the driver's seat.

Absolutely hate that everything’s on screens now. A shiny, sturdy, high quality knob or button is much nicer. The S-Class looks great, but the interior spoiled it. It should be more Bentley and less Tesla.
