I want to use it to record some classess where I sleep... will it record zoom? google meets without it showing in black? will it record audio? is there a limit for the time?

hey! it’s kinda funny, because i used this software daily for my channel! i am having some issues now. everytime i record (the game roblox) it freezes up my game and makes me lag. whenever i clip, everything is laggy and when it is exported it is unplayable.
