- Dwayne Johnson has jokes! On TikTok, the actor shared his interaction with officers outside of an XFL stadium, where he was asked to stop his car and unlock the doors. Dwayne then makes a joke about the 'guns' in his car, which he of course is referring to his biceps. .

Of course no ticket, anyone else who got pulled over and said that "joke" would be shot 30 times by the cop.
This was at a stadium, regular security check for the stadium doesn't involve ticketing.
You do know he is black too right just not that phenotypically visible.

He was not being pulled over. It was a security check for entrance into a stadium where an XFL game was going to be played. Not just a misleading headline, it is an erroneous one.
