Mireya Luis was and still is absolutely the best female spiker. Although she is just 175 cm her jumping ability was extraordinary. For me no one has surpassed her yet.

5'6" is actually quite tall for a Filipino woman. I have a friend in the Philippines who is 5'6", and her experience (e.g. with dating, etc.) there was similar to that of my cousin in the US who is about 6'3".
