@@R.N.GPerformance no need to thank me it's you putting out the best cfmoto content on you tube,, straight forward and no bullshit, and yes some haters can't appreciate the truth and want to just point blame,,aka the people you gave a clutch kit to that did a test that the kit was not made for and then run it down,,I watch all of your videos and your shorts,,I love it redneck style and as soon as I have to coin saved up,I will be getting a kit from you for my overland 1000 with a super aggressive trail ride not afraid of thick mud and 30" monster mayhem
Awesome video Steve. Thanks for doing this video, glad to ask a guy something and he not only tells you how to do it but shows u as well. Glad to have talked to you in the past and got the answers I was looking for., as well as your commen courtesy of calling a guy back when he has a question and give a answer. Your a hell of a great business man and I will be buying many more things to come from you.
Hey... got a question that's not related to this but I'd like to know if cf makes a turn signal kit for the 1000 2 up. I know that the Canadian models have them from the factory but can't seem to get a clear answer from the dealer. Thought maybe you might know
Seems my comment disappeared or was removed. The turn signal kit is available for it but will hurt your wallet. 1350 plus shipping for the factory kit by CFMoto. All four corner light assemblies have to be replaced. I won't post the link as that is why my comment may have disappeared.
Hi RNG, I am doing same job and my Arm Bolt is seized up so bad. Is there anything I could do to get it loose before I break of the 22mm head? Please advise... I dont have a heavy duty impact, but I just did the car wheel wrench method with 4 feet extension.... and its on the verge of breaking of the head. Please and Thank you. Kamil
Nice job. You make it look easier than it would be for me. Is there any kind of preventative maintence that can be done to get more than 1,200 miles out of a wheel bearing?
They appear to be sealed bearings. How can one grease them? This worries me for my 2021 1000. My Polaris has 3500 miles on original bearings. I just noticed some noise when turning bit think that may be a CV joint and not a wheel bearing.
No it shouldn’t. It’s from driving in the water and lack of maintenance on the bearings. This is a natural wear item and will fail much much sooner when your in sloppy mud or water.
And once again Redneck delivers another awesome video,,all I can say is if I was not up in Maine I would have you do a lot of the things I want done
Thank you 🙏

Good things to do when reassembling antisieze the axle splines and suspension bolts ! Thanks for the video
Heck no. Have you ever seen a manufacturer ever use it? No because it’s a gimmick.
Hey Steve. Nice work bud. Thanks for showing us.
Kenny

Are those aftermarket bearings or oem? Wish timken made an equivalent bearing.
Aftermarket. And better quality.
Oh this doesn't look bad at all.
Doing both rears with axles shortly.
Good video man
Thank you 🙏

I’m not sure honestly. I’m sure they do.

how hard should it be tightent
I am going to do this soon on my 600 i think :D
Good job
also perfect time to remove the sway bar completely. only thing it helps with is high speed cornering. better articulation in mud and ruts without it

Thank you 🙏 they just need greased. These bearings were bone dry and that’s why they failed.

1200 miles (almost new) and already crashed wheel bearing? Should that be under some warranty or something?
No it shouldn’t. It’s from driving in the water and lack of maintenance on the bearings. This is a natural wear item and will fail much much sooner when your in sloppy mud or water.
Two things I don't like doing. Riding in deep mud/water or sand dunes. Wears stuff out quick.
