You can even just search old doll piano tutorial and it will come up with the keys and notes above them ( if u can't read music) that's the way I learned paino
In my opinion as a non pianist yes but if you learn it off midi it probably won't help you actually learn piano but the second part of the song will help you loosen your fingers a bit. I started with a part of my castle town and it was hard in the beginning but in about a 5 hours spread across like 2 weeks I got it down pretty well, and in my opinion this looks easier than that. The way I see it is, if you want to learn piano, learn properly. If you want to learn a song, and it looks even slightly doable, go for it. It's gonna probably suck in the beginning but you probably will learn it if you practice
