Oooohhhhhh yesssss. This was the one i was most excited for!!! Thanks EJ!!! Im away from computer but cannot wait to explore this feature as soon as i am home! 3D bossman strikes again🙏🙏🙏
it's very cool, to finally have some new stuff to play around with the old Emitter.. too bad, it's still very limited. Like would be good if we could use an object as Emitter instead of just the 2D rectangle. Hopefully, now that Maxon and RedGiant are together we'll see some improvements in the particle system.
Very cool!! I m just struggling to find how to filter object impacted by the force field! I want an object to not be impacted, any idea how to do that? Thank you!!!
Ok I found it! We need to select the object dynamic body (rigid body often) and then there is the tab Force where we can drag the Field force in EXCLUDE! Thanks :)
@@NeonKix I understand, totally. However, I can't complain about something I have no ability or no idea even how to build. These programs are insane! And any update is always welcomed, as it helps with more efficient and elaborate work. Sidenote, I totally think C4D is way more intuitive than Blender. Blender is more robust, more capable right off the bat, but therefor way harder to learn and to understand. I started with Blender and took 6 months to achieve a simple abstract animation, same animation took me a week to learn in C4D. But I'm not a 3d artist, I'm a graphic designer, so I can see how coming from Adobe programs C4D made way more sense, compared to the intimidating Blender (which is more comparable to Maya)
Once you have the tracer setup, you can just apply a hair material and hair tag to the Tracer. If youre using Redshift, you just add a Redshift Object tag to the Tracer and choose Hair from the tag options.

Sooo much to discover with Field Forces!
Thank guys for always sharing with community :) Ghana - Africa
Thanks for watching and from all the way on the other side of the world!
you always save meeee!!!!
Oh it's EJ!! I missed you man! Awesome tutorial too!
haha hey john! thanks for your kind comments as always!!

I wish theyd upgrade their license with Thinking Particles. That would solve a lot!!!

time to upgrade, yo!
Maxon: Screw your years of tutorials, we're gonna change everything and confuse you all needlessly.
@@NeonKix Yes let's stay stuck with outdated tools and convoluted ways to achieve something thats made easily achievable by now :)
@@gd5158 Right, because making it intuitive and easy years ago was such a HUGE challenge. *Notices Blender doing it better and it's FREE.*

Fantastic!
super cool !

Cool intro. But after saying it could be used with hair, an example of such would be nice.

where can I find it in c4d 25?
It would be nice if I could see it in a real animation scenario like what can I use this for and how.
And then instagram will be full of the same final animations :) Sometimes its better to use your own imagination.
I'm still on R20 in 2022 :)
there must be a step missing in the basics, because I'm following right along, and my emitter is not responding to the fields
my too...
Are you using the field force, not the normal fields?
@@stemfourvisual no clue I think I posted this a year ago so I'll have to look in to it
Hey yo! How to turn these splines into an objects-pipes?
Actually, particles
@@nikolandjelon no clue man. Ive been looking everywhere
Tracer object? Hair instance object?
Edit: I like C4d
First one ;-)
