- Wake Forest vs. Virginia Tech: The Hokies got a big win at home over the Demon Deacons, 30-13. VT quarterback Kyron Drones amassed 380 total yards and passed for 2 scores. Both scores were hauled in by wide receiver Jaylin Lane (3 Rec, 102 YDS, 2 TD). The Hokies' defense surrendered a paltry 262 yards, and tallied a whopping 7.0 sacks and 14 tackles-for-loss. Wake receiver Taylor Morin had 102 yards on 7 receptions, and quarterback Michael Kern relieved Mitch Griffis and passed for 166 yards.
So glad to see Lane stadium rockin again. The team definitely feeds off it and this season it's definitely felt more like the Lane stadium i remember.
VT was awesome today. Good offenses, God defense. Looks like they’re building team around QB. Good. Also, those kicks oob in 4th quarter was just plain smart. Avoid the run back! Great job Hokies!!
First time at Lane to witness a crowd of that size. Went there a football fan, left a Hokies fan. Incredible environment with incredible fans

Good win, pass rush was strong. I think the team improved and raised their level of play in the loss to FSU.
I was proud to see the WF RB/KR have a great highlight. He’s a really good local player, and a failure on VT to not keep him in state.

So I turn the game on it's third quarter and I watched the quarterback try to do this fake hand off and there are nowhere near each other they're like 5 seconds behind each other if y'all don't do something ain't a single one of y'all going to get recruited you better be learning to pick up or find another system
Y'all need some speech and physical evaluations You're comprehension rotation together if you can actually understand the motions of where y'all are progressing
