Mass is the amount of matter that an object contains and is a scalar quantity, which means it has a magnitude but no direction. It is measured in units of kilograms (kg) or grams (g), and it is an intrinsic property of an object that does not depend on its location or the gravitational force acting on it.
Weight, on the other hand, is the force with which an object is attracted towards the center of the Earth or any other celestial body, due to the gravitational pull acting on it. It is a vector quantity, which means it has both magnitude and direction. Weight is equal to the product of an object's mass and the acceleration due to gravity (9.81 meters per second squared on Earth) and is measured in units of newtons (N) or pounds (lb).
To summarize, mass is a measure of an object's inertia, while weight is a measure of the force exerted on an object due to gravity. While an object's mass remains constant wherever it is located in the universe, its weight changes depending on the strength of the gravitational field acting on it.

Mass vastu me maujood padarth ka matra hai aur ek scalar quantity hai, matlab iska koi disha nahi hota hai. Iska mapp sikele me kilogram (kg) ya gram (g) me hota hai, aur yah vastu ka swabhavik gun hai jiska sthan ya gurutvakarshan par asar nahi hota.
Wahi, weight ek vastu par lagne vala bal hai jise prithvi ya kisi bhi grah ki kendriya karkashan shakti ke karan utpann hota hai. Yah ek vector quantity hai, matlab isme magnitude aur direction dono hote hai. Weight vastu ke mass aur gurutvakarshan ke karan hota hai aur yah newton (N) ya pound (lb) me mapta hai.
Saransh me kaha jaye to mass ek vastu ki inertia ka map hai, jabki weight gurutvakarshan ke karan ek vastu par lagne vala bal ka map hai. Vastu ke mass me jagah ka koi prabhav nahi hota, lekin uski weight us par lagne vali gurutvakarshan shakti ke bal par nirbhar karta hai.
