- The Minnesota Twins were postponed tonight, but a couple of their top pitching prospects were on display in the minors. Zebby Matthews delivered another quality start while striking out seven batters for Double-A Wichita and Charlee Soto was sharp in his outing for Fort Myers, topping out at 97.5 mph.

hi welcome back and forgot to say that when the twin played the A's
Out of those 7 hits allowed, i see 3 hard hit balls. 4 of those were either little dribblers that found holes, bloopers, or bad defense. He shouldnt have allowed 3 runs because Ross should have caught the Triple.

Every time I hear about Randy Dobnak still being in this system it absolutely boggles my mind how a guy can have such good stuff he dupes a team into NOT ONLY letting him get a playoff start with them THEN gets a contract AAAAAAAND completely drops out of the Majors entirely!!
Tom, I know we can’t talk about everyone but since the start of the season almost my guy Luke Keashall has not done to bad and I think has jumped to number 66 on the minor leagues top one hundred! He maybe possibly offensively our best ever second baseman ever in a short two years if he can play defense!
I pushed him up from 8 to 4 in the system in my June prospect update and talked about that some. He’s been really good. Was limited to only DHing a good chunk of the year, but in addition to 2B he’s also playing some CF.
6 innings, 3 runs is still a good start. Zebby deserves to move up the Prospect rankings.

Is Wallner coming back soon? We could REALLY use some Thunder in the lineup.
He’s going completely bananas with the Saints right now, so I assume he’ll get another look with the big club before long.
