When I play, I usually feel the Naniwa Gusto install os worth way more than the Oki, at least when the Oki options won't give a 50\50 kill. But care that F3+4 followup will clip them always EXCEPT if they do 3+4 spring kick keepup. I don't know how dash df3 behaves in that case, I'll have to test it

Fundamentally gusto is the riskier and less rewarding option for oki scenarios.
Since Naniwa gusto install from f+3+4 locks you out of oki options you are unable to continue your pressure and the situation resets to neutral. Having the install is great but there is no guarantee you will get value out of it after resetting neutral.
Whereas b+2+4 > dash > b+4 will catch wakeup kicks for 70+ damage
b+2+4 > dash > d/f+3 will beat all options and create a flip over situation, which can be looped infinitely if your opponent doesn’t tech roll
b+2+4 > dash > d/f+3 > dash > b+4 has guaranteed damage with flip over and also guarantees you are covering every wakeup option while keeping your pressure up.
The idea is you are already rewarded by a successful parry, you want to keep your pressure going so that your opponent doesn’t have access to counter options. When resetting to neutral with f+3+4 install your opponent can now wake up freely with any button, access all of their standing neutral tools, and also not have to worry about waking up into a mixup since you’re busy in an animation. This is a concept called Option Select, where there are multiple 'good' options you can choose but one will have better outcomes in any given situation. Thank you for your comment and supporting the channel, I hope this helps!

@coachkazama8434 thanks for taking the time to reply! Yeah, I knew the Option Select, it's really useful at times.
I usually do F3+4 just because I feel like with Gusto install I can keep the offensive after resetting to neutral and I value that a lot on a defensive character like her, becoming more menacing with WR1+2 and FF1+2; but you're right. I didn't know the flip over situation gave a b4 that hit grounded. If I understood correctly, That's very strong. I'm gonna implement it more!

In my lower ranks, F2 works more than I expect, so it is not uncommon for me to get a launch after parry
