Mahmud Khan Windows Server 2012 does not support Nic teaming for wireless adapters. Only physical NIC's.

You don't need a bootrom to use NIC teaming. You only need a bootroom if you are planning to boot the server from the network.
Very informative but a little out of Date, Does not cover Dynmamic, hopefully you will update in the future.
