It should be ready to be made public in the next week or two. It is one Windows Server 2012 R2, however it explains the differences between the two operation systems.

Mahmud Khan Windows Server 2012 does not support Nic teaming for wireless adapters. Only physical NIC's.

You don't need a bootrom to use NIC teaming. You only need a bootroom if you are planning to boot the server from the network.
