How long does it take to invest to become financially free? How much money do we need to live comfortably? What is the right age to buy a house and a car?
Hi Senthil Sir, Your opinion is really food for thoughts, here is the question for you am 40 yrs IT person earning salary of 1 lakh/ month am planning to build my home with total value of 50L ,money in my hand is 25L, can I split this 25L and invest in NCD bonds which gives interest of 11.5% provided the bond with AA or AAA rating or is there any other instruments where I can park this 25lak to pay my home loan interest of 50Lak
It depends on your risk appetite .. home loan is real and you are accountable .. NCD bond - you are dependent upon a entity - Remember what happened to ILFS papers, Yes Bank AT1 Bond, LVB AT1 Bonds #avsenthil
@@avsenthil99 ok Sir I understand NCD bonds are quite risky suggest best method to close my home loan shall I pay 25L to bank and for 25L shall I bank loan or using MF best method to close since we are in VUCA environment
Since 2022, I have been making little monthly investments in SIP (7 plans). (30k per month). I currently hold two lakhs. I can wait 10 to 15 years. Can I invest this 2 lakh in the same SIP plans? (200000/7 (or) 50k investment for the following below 4 plans? 1) Kotak equity hybrid fund. 2) UTI Multi Asset Allocation Fund. 3) Nippon India Multi-Asset Allocation Fund. 4) Mahindra Manulife aggressive hybrid fund.
