Windows 10 Audit Mode!
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 30 янв 2016
- On this video, we will go over how to enter into Windows 10 Audit Mode. Audit Mode allows us to configure the desktop and install applications to our custom Windows image, so when it's deployed all the applications, settings, shortcuts and Windows updates are applied to that machine during deployment.

Excited for the next video, about mdt. This was interesting, never knew you could do that
AWESOME tutorial. Thanks for the upload
You are the man Bernardo! Audit mode is definitely the way to go.
Also, you should mentor me. I definitely put in work. : )
when you finished the customizing in audit mode where do you pick up the file after sysprep rebooted? what type of file should we look for and where they are located, what if we are not using vm's?
Worked great thanks brother.
Hi!
Where can I find the follow up video for this Sysprep case?
I want to run sysprep manually so I can use my own customized Unaatended.xml file wil an option to CopyProfile and keep the drivers for that actual Laptop i´m building the image for. So,
Now that I have the Image, what to do next? Load it into ICD?
Is the followup video available?
LOL it's Out Of Box Experience. Good job on the Vid
Good ,keep teaching
Great Video and instructions but I get an error on first boot to new system "Windows Could Not Finish Configuration, Restart Computer" any help would be great thanks.
I have customized my install and want to deply it from a usb boot disk... on various makes and models laptops. all settings will be exact same except user name, how do i get the install to pause at user name entry point then continue after i enter the user name....thanks
Thank you. Big help
Cheers for this!
No worries. Thanks for the comment.
man i just want to know how to turn it off how do i do that
Just restart.
I don't get this screen at all. I'm using windows 10 Enterprise v1709. Should it be before the OS starts talking to us for picking options we might use? At one point the setup asks who will be using the computer so i say its going to be a domain computer, should i hit SHIFT+CTRL+F3 before this? Basically, do you have an instruction on when to hit this key sequence for a Win 10 v1709 Enterprise OS? Can anyone comment on this? BTW, I'm not using a virtual machine this is a physical box, that I am re-imaging with the Win 10 v1709 Enterprise OS that i have gotten from Microsoft Biz Center | Downloads page. If any one has any ideas please pass them along. Thanks
how do you bypass vmwares username and password to get to a welcome screen so I can take a snapshot?
Can I use audit mode to bypass windows install network login requirements?
Thanks for the informative video. Unfortunately, I tried this method but it is not working for me with the new 1709 fall creator image. I have deployed Windows 10 Education 1703 from my WDS server multiple times and now want to create a new image using the 1709 version of Windows Education. I successfully able customize my reference computer with all my apps and updates, but keep getting an Miracast APPX error when I sysprep the computer using the WDS lite touch vbs script on the WDS server. Can you please help?
j'ai essayé comme toi plusieurs solutions mais a la fin j'ai entrer en mode audit et supprimer le compte associé a miracast et après sysprep a fonctionner sory i just speak french good luck
You're not logged into the default account your logged in as the Administrator account. But if you use the =True tag in your unattend it will copy that admin profile you build upon to the default user when you sysprep/generalize/oobe.
Cannot get updates while in audit mode////
Huge problem with sysprep and Microsoft haven't fix it. It's related to the start menu not been working after Windows are syspreped.. this is so annoying.. btw, I need to have a local user profile created and do some modifications before running sysprep.
Try to sysprep in 1607 anniversary build
Bernardo, do you have an ETA for the followup video?
+Anthony Jones trying to get it done by the end of the month. working on this PE R730 review for you guys, but I'm trying my best. Thanks for the reminder :)
+BTNHD Thanks a bunch sir!
when i do the command: shift ctrl and f3 , then it takes some time and it says "this user cant sign in because this account is currently disabled"
How do i fix this?
shift + F10 will open a cmd. Run "net user administrator /active:yes" which will enable the account
+Bernardo, I was wondering the best practice/time of when to take the snapshot for the OOBE? I am using MDT 2013/VM Workstation 12 Pro to create the reference image.
Are you referring to the snapshot with VMware Workstation?
+BTNHD yeah so lets say i deploy a windows 10 ref image onto my vm. I want to make some customization to my wim before i deploy. so i want to boot windows into audit mode. But not sure when I make the snapshot of my vm.
I attempted to just do it all through mdt 2013 update 2. But the suspend isn't working like it should.
What if I am not an IT guy but would like to customize my pc using this Audit mode.
depends on the things you want to do when you customize the image
How do I exit audit mode ? Plz help can't reset my pc cuz of it
+2ST please review the following link to guide you into exiting audit mode - answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/how-to-exit-audit-mode-in-a-simple-step/9b8ef608-576a-4245-a294-9751bb680135
didn't work for me
OOBE is "Out Of Box Experience "
Are you even supposed to use generalize? Isn't that used when you are prepping the whole OS and system partitions to be captured in an custom online image that will later be deployed to other machines with identical or similar hardware?
Yes, you are exactly right, using a vm then sysprepping it allows you to quickly deploy that wim to multiple identical or similar machines
Hi
he looks like Gabriel from the 100
out of the box experience, it's not difficult to learn.
This is not the Audit Mode, you selected the OOBE.
Default is also known as defaultuser0 thanks to someone named enderman
out of box experience*
