    This was great! Love the speaking Italian and English! We can see all your years of experience the way you handle everything from the dough to the craziness. I worked in a busy deli making sandwiches in front of the customers along side coworkers in a small space. You guys dance well together and remembering the curb is there to step up on. You messed up though… you used your peel for the wood placement to move pizzas 🤫😬.

    Wonderful ! This is the episode I've been waiting to see. Up till now. It was only in the kitchen making the dough or
    in the stall making the pizzas! Hoping you can take us to Sardinia to buy the flour and sauce (the cheese is English I think)
    next.

    Can you recommend which brands for toppings are best to use, where to buy and order them in the European Union, Western Europe? Including mozzarella, other cheeses, tomato for sauce, ham, mortadella, ricotta...

    Question - is there any reason you don't opt to purchase / make a pizza van? Seeing as you have a large van already and could have everything pre -arranged in a pizza van / truck and less set up each time?

      For pizza van you need bigger van and 40 k to get pizza vans. Also most of my market pizza van are not permitted and very small space to work

    How do you go when it rains having the gutter run through your stall? I see at the end a pizza shop opposite are they not open during the day? They would surely complain where i live.
