This was great! Love the speaking Italian and English! We can see all your years of experience the way you handle everything from the dough to the craziness. I worked in a busy deli making sandwiches in front of the customers along side coworkers in a small space. You guys dance well together and remembering the curb is there to step up on. You messed up though… you used your peel for the wood placement to move pizzas 🤫😬.

For pizza van you need bigger van and 40 k to get pizza vans. Also most of my market pizza van are not permitted and very small space to work
