there still a chance they may not even win the lawsuit just bc they broke into her office and stole files. I seen many true crime cases, where the defendant is straight up guilty but charges are drop just bc the evidence use aganist them was gotten illegally, so the evidence couldn't be use at court.
However Dr. Sullivan can sue them and press charges on them for breaking and entering. She can always deny that she record them. Im sure there are camera around her office showing Tabby and Imogen breaking in her office and taking their files. Plus they admittes to Dr. Sullivan they broke into their office. Plus if other patients found out, they can even sue the girls

You're actually incorrect. HIPPA law protects all who subscribe to the healthcare system of every state doing commerce. The files are THEIRS. They didn't take anyone else's files. Just their own. So no matter how the information was obtained. They would win!!! Her dumb ass excuse of giving them a book was truly narcissistic of Dr Sullivan lol.
