Haigh Woodland Hall Parkrun 17/08/2024

I managed to run Haigh Woodland Parkrun in 21:12 and finished 16th.
It is an incredibly hard Parkrun event. The event is mostly uphill at the end. But, the run starts off by putting you in a small sense of security by making it downhill an flat.
Two more weeks of the summer, give me suggestions in the comments section and make it within reason.
I am incredibly proud of a young person during the event. She kept up with me until the last 200 metres then overtook. Future Olympian in the making.
I had to mute the run towards the end too because they put up loudspeakers.
