Bolton Parkrun

I ran Bolton Parkrun in 22:12 and finished 12th. Bolton is one the hardest events in the Manchester area.
It was a fantastic event it was their 14th Birthday and what a fantastic atmosphere... the costumes looked fantastic. It is great to see everyone again.
I was losing energy towards the second Cruella Hill but I had to pull through, I got myself angry instead.
I am also sorry for nearly tripping over someone at the beginning, and for the language too... it happens.

Looks like a tough route!
