Before you start removing the blade open up like you have a big log on mill that will help with blade removal a little it’s still not perfect but might help you some.

Glad it was helpful! The wheels should spin freely when the clutch is not engaged. if they don't spin like that you might need to adjust the clutch cable?

I actually did wear my welding gloves at first but you don't have much dexterity. I should probably wear my chainsaw face shield, though

Can you pull the guide arm back an gain the clearance to remove the blade?
when you pull the arm back it actually blocks the gap even more, plus with the guide closer to the wheel it's harder to twist the blade
