Awesome video that is spot on! I’m fairly mechanically inclined and was about to strip body panels off to fix the twisted, stuck seatbelt in our Explorer when I came across your video. I had it fixed in less than one minute with no disassembly! Thanks man!!

What was the phillips screwdriver for? You never did use that one. Thanks for the video. My 2017 Explorer Platinum now has a backseat no one can ride in because of this same issue. My back seatbelts have a sort of cushion wrapped around them so hopefully that won’t be a hindrance to being able to fix it!
Hello Kaarman1 the Philip Screwdriver was only there in case the slot for the seat belt was more rounded but since the slot on the Ford Explorer was more flat that's why I use a flat head. Hello yes this is what I used in my Chevy Avalanche and it worked great you can get this at Advance Auto
I try to send a picture but cannot but it is called LubeGard it's for automatic transmissions that have problems with shifting or shutter. It will be in a red box and the bottle is red
