The E15 Bunker Lost Sector on Europa has all four of the targets you need for the last step. It's got Wyverns, Minotaurs, one Cyclops, and a Hydra as the boss.

i recommend using the moon vex portal (where gos starts) in patrol, for the harpies. you'll have them constantly spawning in waves of around 10.
also, bunker e15 on europa has minotaurs, a cyclops, 2 wyverns, and a hydra, and is right next to one of the landing zones on europa

Also I think its better to do the quest inside the Perdition on Europa, It contains everything except the cyclop. For Cyclop just go to vog, stand in the plate for 30s and the Cyclop will spawn.

Bunker E-15 has everything except harpies. Optimal method is Orrery for the 100 goblins, the respawning harpies Eso showed for the harpies & then one run of E-15 does that entire last step.

Good call on the Lost Sectors. I picked up some bounties and ran Perdition. Just took a few runs and I picked up several materials, finished several bounties and finished the quest.

I highly recommend just continuing the Orrery lost sector for the 50 harpies/hobgoblins part of the quest. Its much faster than sitting and waiting for the harpies to spawn at that spot you showed. Also, if you just sprint through the lost sector and kill only the hobgoblins and harpies, kill the final boss to get the cache code and quickly open the chest, then the hobgoblins and harpies will spawn a second wave. I did this method in 2 or 3 runs for the 50 total.

Bunker E13 lost sector on Europa has all the vex enemies for the last kill section...minotaur, hydra, cyclops and wyvern and you can kill them all super quick

What’s the reward for this. Idgaf about triumphs and this season seems gay af. I already got all the vex weapons is there are reason to do all this stupid “research”?
