no i dont think so but i havent looked at xilonen leaks for like weeks so, i just doubt she can buff her as much as bennett, she might be a kazuha sidegrade/slight downgrade

I don't see her replacing bennett until c2 edit: I just saw her kit and seems like you can avoid her burst so you get at 50% HP and you'll get a lil pyro res shred and more hydro res shred with 40% dmg bonus from her set, I don't know how it'll fair but it honestly just seems like a better zhongli variant
Hutao doesn't get the 40% dmg bonus from the natlan set only yelan and furina will, making it very similar to how zhongli does with archaic petra buffing the 2 hydro units. And if you go sub 50 with hutao you'll be ignoring furina fanfare which tanks yelan and furinas dmg for getting 33% dmg bonus and homas effect to hutao. Bennett gives massive atk buff 120 em and 15% pyro dmg while also generating fanfare. basically I believe xilonen will be better With whaled furina but not a pre c2 furina for a c1r1 hutao. It's like kazuha except you get some pyro res shred for multiwave and no grouping (if you dont use her burst) if you do use her burst itll actually be good and one of her best teams
Healing bonus/HP circlet only in furina teams on bennett so you get under 50% in vv vape for a bit sometimes
