Personal opinion if youre gonna be doing a walkthrough you need to think about the players that dont know where certain places are, i had to look up different places you went because you wouldnt show. Dont rush your video so badly, you made it very sloppy.

Are you completing this right at the start of the game? Or are you leveling up a few times before you go for the dragon communion seal? I'm like 15 runs in on this starting area and don't have enough time to aggro the first guy, before I'm two shot by ghosts.
If you're having trouble, you can skip it for now, go ahead and buy the finger seal and level up with it, then come back here and get this dragon community seal

If ur doing a faith nagakiba build you can get creative with different incantations and armaments. Red lightning is the most op.

Early on concentrate on vigor and whatever stat your weapon scales the best on. Vigor(survivability), weapon main stat(damage).

What does the dragon communion seal even do for the build if you aren’t using dmg incantations? Wouldn’t it just be a lot faster to use a base finger seal?

bloodhound is still good, and you can always get more somber stones pretty easily, can search online the easiest ones, most you can get in the first hour of the game

Enemies die very quickly with this build and when it comes to Nagakiiba, they die a bit later but it's fun to play.😁

can you make a guide on the fastest way to get the rivers of blood from the beginning , its my fav katana and im lazy to grind all the story
You need to have some story progression in order to get to the area of where the rivers of blood is. But my tip to fight the story boss is to find the guide on RUclips about the Bloodhound step. Look for a video to cheese the boss for the Bloodhound step, and use that with the samurai class and you have a better way to Dodge the main story bosses instead of worrying about panic rolling. And make sure to ruin farm so you can level up your FP and HP because the HP will help a lot early and the Bloodhound step costs a little HP with every use. And I know this question was directed towards the guy that made the video. But feel free to ask any more questions I'll be happy to answer them for you
Edit: When I said because the Bloodhound step costs HP I meant FP my bad

The blood flame blade incantation scales with arcane which is what he uses to coat his sword with, and it also builds up hemorrhage meter faster for more bleed damage, pretty obvious tbf

I got him at the academy. Need to enter academy first with the glintstone key and then go out the east gate and he will spawn there. Now running god mode with nakagiba and unsheathe. Mad build. Cheers.
Just going through some starter videos on RUclips to recommend to a friend to get him to actually "stick" with the game and I have to say your video layout and simple understandable steps are WAY better than anyone else. The rest were either to technical to understand for a noob and had tons of assumed knowledge implied OR they were too vague in general OR left out some key points in their walkthroughs for a quick start Samurai build. Search for other mines or Beat the Game, in the endgame you can Upgrade for runes everything to +9/+24
You cannot reuse what you have used once

You should nagakiba build it's my opinion
RoB scales best with arcane and it’s been nerfed to the ground, that said it’s still totally viable to use it. Bloodflame blade scales better with faith, so you can’t really switch the two out at will without respec from dex/faith to dex/arc. Nagakiba with spinning or double slash and bfblade will give you better dps than rob will
WHICH IS BETTER ASHES OF WAR SACRED BLADE OR BLOODFLAME BLADE I GOT BOTH BUT STUCK ON WHICH IS BETTER
bloodflame blade is an incantation not an ash of war but dont use sacred blade either just use the one he said in the vid

To get more health, you have to level up Vigor. That affects your HP. You want to try to get it to 40-50 at least after that it doesn’t level up much because of the soft cap. That goes for all of your stats if I’m not mistaken

if you instantly rest at the grace after killing the dragon... you'll receive the runes and the dragon remains... you can kill it over and over again and receive the runes every time....

U dont need to Upgrade the Seal, i test my Self with a +10 Seal and with a +0 Seal and you don't notice any difference.

Probably level seals is useful just for direct damage spell (of the draconic cult), and not for support spells.
While I've used both Finger seal and Dragon Community seal, I haven't noticed much of a difference

because the katana build is an arcane/dex build. so you use the dragon seal because it scales off of arcane.

Try changing the blade affinity to keen or It on or anything without a status effect it can be don't through black smith

Travelling whole map just for a starter build will make your game unfun . Best enjoyable builds are those which you make while exploring and you will automatically stumble upon stuff that will make you more powerful .
Its a different story if its not your first playthrough, but if its your first don’t do these things, it will ruin your experience.
