@@artollo18 It's honestly a very low health risk these days. I lick it all the time, especially considering adults in multiple cultures use RAW EGGS as a hangover cure. If we were going to get severely sick from eggs at a high rate, we wouldn't be risking it.

Those all look great... However, my hands down, all time favorite ice cream sandwich consists of toaster waffles and moose tracks ice cream.

I halved the chocolate waffle recipe but used 2 eggs. Also used 3/4 cup regular 2% milk instead of a cup of buttermilk. Came out great with what I had at hand. Also instead of instant espresso I poured a little of my morning shot of espresso into the wet ingredients.
