Ans: after trying the concious chemist retinol peptide cream on your recommendation (I fell in love with peptides!), i am using deconstruct retinol serum..
I have used adapelen for 3 yrs then i introduce tretinoin in my skin with 0.025 then after 1 yr 0.05 without any irritation ,my skin is so stable and glowing now
Ans- currently I am not using a retinol but after sometime I definitely using starting with dot and key or olay as you said ,thank you 🇮🇳

I dont really need a retinol per se....but Im using Adapalene gel for acne treatment, which is also a form of retinol.

Aapko shayad yaad ho ki in 23 i started using tretinoin and it doesnt suit me because i made a mistake at that time i. I was using it at wrong age + wrong strenth.
And you have advised me to stop it . and since then i havent used it , but abhi i turn 24 to mene recently foxtale 0.1 encapsulated wla buy kiya h now i will be going to used it soon ....

Nipun-I need your advice.I used a collagen booster (my first ever usage) over tretinoin (which I use often) last week leading to my face getting puffy (like a bee sting impact) and leaving visible laugh lines an under eye lines.It is a shade better now than than it was a week before - but a quick question: would this heal? I have stopped using the collagen booster that evening and I am terribly upset.As its oral I believe the tissue would heal in a while, whats your opinion?

Hi Nipun, ivhave been following your chabbel since last year December. Seeing your channel i started with retinol 0.3% as i was using retinol esters since 2 years. I was not even aware that I was not using retinol... Hahaha! After seeing your videos I realised that since 2 years I was at a beginner level. Then i moved yo 0.6% retinol by minimalist. Now i have purchased granactive retinoid again by minimalist. What i want to understand is that is granactive retinoid 02% by minimalist stronger than retinol 0.6% or is it milder? I have dry skin. Whenever I use tretinoin my pores get open.
This is how I used to layer tretinoin.
1. Eveline multipeptide serum
2. Tretinoin 0.025
3. Neutrogena Hudro Boost water gel

I stopped using tretinoin for a few months. When my skin got better, I again started using tretinoin, and I am facing the same problem.

Apply some ceramide moisturizer after tretinoin. Neutrogena hydro boost one does not have ceramide in it, it only hydrates not moisturizes...not enough after tretinoin.

I'm using bakuchi oil instead of retinol.
I started using tretinoin cream in June... Firstly, twice a week with the Sandwich method and now twice a week I apply it directly after Multi-peptide. It seems, that my skin is adjusting with it.

@@saryshashimaiya3521A sandwich method where you apply or wear something before and after the main product. For example, in my case I apply moisturizer before and after any strong active such as tretinoin cream.
In fashion also, when the colour of your Top and footwear is the same but the trousers or skirt is of a different colour, that style is a sandwich method.

Hi dear! You will always need to use a cream on top your tretinoin or retinol or retinoid. Retinols are treatment! They are not moisturizers. You should still be using your RAS or any other moisturizer on top of your retinol. Hope this clarifies
