We took a wonderful trip to Noyadd Farm in Powys, North Wales.
A beautiful place
This is a summary of what you will find if you visit and also a view of the stunning area around the Farm.
We hiked into the beautiful Market town of Builth Wells, which is around three miles over hills to the town - chekc this out on the next video

Nice walk, Dave. To be alone with nature without crowds of tourists is very valuable. You just stand there, watch the river flow and listen to nature. Even the organ is silent and does not interfere. Thanks to you and Sue.

Interesting to camp on a farm. Looked like a nice country area to explore. Nice stream area. Awesome to see the drone footage of the area. The church was beautiful. Loved the architecture and historical feel to the interior. Nice that you had the entire area to yourselves. Awesome trip. Have a great day.

Cool to see so much wildlife buzzards and multiple red kites! How lucky to see so many in such a short space of time 😊 Lovely by the river and looks a great site 😊
It was a stunning place Yasmin. Absolutely loved watching the Birds of Prey. So many of them around there! It was mostly Buzzards but a few Red Kites too.

Wow! Noyadd Farm was pretty exciting! Loved the tour of the site and the church. The helicopter flying about was interesting - I imagine it's a very handy way to check the lines. Can't wait to see the sheep rescue.

Yes we loved Noyadd Farm. Stunning place and on our own for a lot of the time.

The campsite looked wonderful, very quiet and peaceful except for the helicopter 🚁 but can imagine it gets more hectic in summer, the whole area looks stunning.

Beautiful place to stay even if there were giant hornets...😊 5 days there would be a great stay. Love the sound of the rushing water. Helicopters are cool to watch. Have a wonderful weekend dave and sue

That Black and white village looks amazing..nice place to spend a few relaxing days...Nice to find the church open...like you say "A little piece of Heaven".
That village was cool - I've seen these villages on YT somewhere - there's a driving trail around some more in the area apparently. And it was heaven around there mate 👍

This was the perfect spot to relax. The weather wasn’t great, but we had a couple of brilliant hikes and chilled for the whole five days.
We must get back to that area of Wales. Loved it there!!

Croeso ! 🏴🏴🏴So lovely here as you drove, The black and white village was beautiful and so good to be staying on a farm with lovely views and the sound of water. Gorgeous drone footage and St Davids church was pretty and that font wow so much interesting history here. The waterfalls were fabulous . Looked a good trip 🙂👍~ Anna

Happy Weekend Dave and Sue! You are almost at 1K, so I hope that the mix of buzzing helicopters and Wales green and pleasant land will push you above the threshold! It is a beautiful landscape you have visited and in one way I think the quality of the local church says a lot about the place and the people living there. As for the helicopter the same thing is done in Norway, but here they use commercial helicopters and avoid those used by the air ambulance. Because people start wondering when they see a bright yellow helicopter fly low and slow. So hope spring and warm weather surrounds you at the moment! Take care and you will be at 1K any moment now. We watched this on Sunday night on the telly after a very wet local walk (looked rather like your closing shot out there😂). Ah Llandrindod wells! We have been there, in fact it was our very first weekend away together, probably about 20 years ago now! We went horse riding on a full day hack across country, and our knees were shot afterwards 😂 🐎. What a gorgeous area this is! Love being by the river side, you are right Dave, there is something really special about that sound. What a fabulous site, and all to yourselves too! There are so many birds of prey in Wales now, we particularly love spotting the red kites. Whoah, crazy national grid helicopter, can't say we have ever seen one of those either, poor Florrie nearly had to duck! 😂 🚁. That aside, looks like a lovely peaceful few days guys, good on you for getting out there whatever the weather. We will look forward to seeing Sue's shepherdess skills next week! 🐑👌

We did did an epic hike in the mud to Builth Wells from the site. We’ve honestly never been so muddy 😃😃. And Sue remembered how to sort out sheep and lambs!!
The helicopter was weird. We wondered if they had a spare day or something - why not use a drone? 😃😃

So many wonderful walks around there and Builth Wells is a lovely little town.
We did a fun filled and muddy hike from the farm into Builth.
Loved our stay there.

NOYADD Farms looks like a great spot and a fun place to locate for fun things to see and do. Love the green fields and river. We are struggling with weather here too. It’s more wind than rain, but it’s still not been as much rain as y’all. I like campgrounds that have places where you can do a book exchange. What a sweet church. That chopper sure was buzzing around y’all a bit. Beautiful waterfalls for sure, but I was so nervous for you walking on that road without much of a shoulder. Can’t wait to see the story behind Sue rescuing the sheep. Be safe, Bill and DeAnna

Yes this place was beautiful, nestled in the mountains. Everywhere is so green, (well where it's not muddy) 😃 - but not surprising for this time of year and with all the rain we've had.
The falls were really beautiful and we could have sat nere them all day.

We had an amazing stop in Wales.
Do like that nice river flowing close by. Really pretty rolling countryside too. The sites look nice and wide which is always appreciated. We'll usually have a picnic table at each site too. Really neat to have a church and cemetery to explore. The helicopter will get the blood flowing...don't let them fool you, they were sent to check YOU out!! LOL You're all current on your taxes, right?? LOL Look like you have both been bitten by the RV exploration bug for sure!! Enjoy!!
