whats crazy is I used to be AFRAID of nutella cos I thought I would gain a million lbs if I ate it and that terrified me. Now I can have nutella on toast and bagels and it makes me SO SO HAPPY
we're stuck in lockdown atm and ive found i just snack a lot but after this, thankyou, im going to be more mindful with my food haha

I binged today and feel absolutely horrible. I stepped on the scale and I weigh + 4kg than I weighed this morning. However watching your videos helps me somehow...to feel better about myself
The 4kg was probably just the weight of the food you had still in you stomach, once you digest that, the weight will go down. Water helps with digestion. But even if you did gain 4kg, you would still be worthy and beautiful because weight doesn’t define that. 😊

I'm trying to recover from anorexia right now, but I've been binging a lot recently - I'm super scared for halloween because all that candy at my disposal??? I bingers nightmare. I never used to have problems with Halloween but that was before ED came along. Can you make a video on some tips on how to not binge on Halloween? I'm sure im not the only one who'd appreciate it. Btw, your videos are so amazing, thank you.
It’s called extreme hunger- perfectly normal. Your body’s been starving for a long time, and now that food is available again, it wants to get as much as it can, to recover and rebuild from the damage it’s been through. Let yourself eat. Try to be mindful, but If you’re hungry, eat. We’re on this thing together.

I’m trying to intuitive eat but it’s hard to do with adhd.
Question: Ight so I’m recovering from BED and I find that dieting has ruined vegetables for me. Like I don’t want to eat them at all because I’m so scarred from diets and replacing carbs or balanced meals with vegetables. So I want to do this: just eat them when I want them. That may not be today or tomorrow but sometime I assume I won’t want fried chicken every meal and will want a salad as a change. But is this healthy? I just feel so frustrated if I try to make myself incorporate a vegetable into a meal because it’s “healthy” 🙄.
The volley ball teams we were supposed to play next weekend tested positive for covid 19. So that means no games for the Clark county sonics. First year I come back to volleyball and no tournament.

Chill out. Haikyuu Reactions will surely come I think. But not every content creator needs to be a one-trick pony and this channel was well known for many other topics before the reations started. There were timed where Victoria did Focus more on Haikyuu and other topics fell short, its just natural that she wants to catch up on these now and then.
@@andreasbales3393 Fair and true, but for someone like me who doesn't use social media, this is the best way to let her know that people want more. She actually awhile ago moved all the haikyuu stuff over to another channel, which hasnt been touched for like 2 months (which is why im sure theyre commenting on this channel and not the haikyuu one). I'm sure that all the haikyuu fans just want her to see the season coming up, it's really really good lol.
