    Nice video. Really like the reference of keeping the same distance between your belt buckle and your sternum as you rotate to top. That image will reduce excessive extension, forward bend, or flexion and also excessive left side bend.
    I find in my lessons that most people who are making these adaptations you mentioned have mobility issues in their thoracic spine and / or lats or they are newer golfers who don’t understand concepts around movement. What is your experience regarding this?
