The great thing about ZZ Ward, besides her obvious talent is she sounds exactly the same live as she does here. I was lucky enough to see her live and meet her, she's awesome.

great voice, knows how to sing with some soul instead of just hitting the notes, writes her own music, plays multiple instruments instead of just dancing around, AND is beautiful.

A lot of people say that she isn't popular, but I disagree. You just need to look around. Til the Casket Drops was on a PLL trailer, Move Like U Stole It was on Awkward and Put the Gun Down was in a movie, as well. I think it was We Are the Millers, but I'm not sure.

I've studied music from the 4th grade, on, and am damn close to a degree in the subject, despite actually getting a degree in physics. I love music (Well, everything except pop country and Gregorian chant.) and was a performer for 7 years. I just stumbled upon this band. WOW! Who the fuck is this?! They are great! Delivery of the songs is outstanding and the songs seem to have just the right amount of being rough around the edges. Wardos, don't let these corporate shills smooth out your music and jack your earnings in the process. They have no problem using you for fodder. Just stay true to you. I could tell it was "wait," but I don't blame you- it's because she always distorts her vowels- makes it sound like she can't sing them, (I'm sure she COULD if she wanted to) but makes the lyrics impossible to understand at points.
