@CkEOdimen Well, its hard to describe, but it emits a hum that's louder than the stock fan. Its not as loud as the fat ps3 fan, so its somewhere between a slim and fat ps3. As for the XCM sticker, I replaced it with a smaller black sticker. The sticker covers the axle shaft, which doesn't damper the sound at all.

@CkEOdimen I've had it running 24/7 for 6 months folding proteins, which is very processor intensive, no issues, its still going strong.
