Ok shanti is just playing them ..she just doing what's enough to keep qualifying and at the same time not over stress her muscles..coz look at her timing ..it's 11.50..and the one that came in first is 11.38 which means if she went full on she would be all of them coz her actual timing that she just clocked was 11.2 something to win the medals that she brought back .. shanti all the way..

What i am saying is that it is such a pity that she did not run after travelling all the way there as there was no rain when the events started. It is such a waste too.....tax payer money.
