Few months back I made a video on my morning routine and this video is a continuation of that. It’s about my Afternoon and Evening routine. I would like to reiterate that, this is my personal routine, which full-fills my requirements. Every individual is different, and everyone can have different priorities in life. There is neither a need to emulate it or compare it with yours or anyone else. So, let’s see how my afternoon and evening looks like.

Dear ladies ...I am not pregnant 🤦♀️ I was not keeping well for sometime. And it stared showing on my body as i have put on some weight. Have started working out again. Hopefully soon i will get rid of this paunch. 😩

Yes, dear i can definitely understand and relate to your situation. Being a full time working mom it is sometime difficult to take care of your health and nutrition which has happened with me as well. But recently i have made my goals for 2019. Health and nutrition is the most important goal for this year. I have also started hitting gym and eating healthy and nutritious food. Will definitely make a video on that soon.
